1. Services Provided   Back Home Creation Custom Exhaust & Repair specializes in custom exhaust systems, repairs, and maintenance services. All services are performed according to industry standards.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payment

• Payment is due in full upon service completion.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay.
• Late payments may result in additional charges.

4. Warranty and Liability

• Not all products and parts are covered under warranty. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of purchase or service.
• Warranty exclusions include damages due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Back Home Creation Custom Exhaust & Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from services provided.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Products may only be returned or exchanged within 7 business days if unused and in their original condition.
• Refunds for services are issued at our discretion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate vehicle information for proper service.
• Vehicles must be collected within 2 days after service completion. A storage fee may apply for delays.

7. Privacy Policy   We respect your privacy. Personal and vehicle information is used solely for service purposes and will not be shared without consent.

8. Disputes

• Disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Customers agree to attempt resolution through dialogue before pursuing legal action.

9. Amendments   Back Home Creation Custom Exhaust & Repair reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted in-store or communicated through other available means.

10.Management is not responsible for Theft or Damage to Vehicles or contents on this property
