Return Policy

1. Return cost / postage are customers responsibilty. "We" do not pay for items to be returned to "Us". Items must be returned within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase/delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. 2. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items. Sale/clearance items. Items damaged after purchase (not due to manufacturing defects). 3. Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process. 5. Exchanges: Items eligible for return may be exchanged for similar items, subject to availability.
